Air Fryer Gluten Free Chicken Parmesan Recipe

I think this might be the best gluten free recipe I have come up with to date. I love chicken parm and luckily gluten free chicken parm tastes exactly like the real deal. Gluten free chicken parm is easy to make, delicious, and versatile. This time around I made it with gluten free pasta but it also tastes great on a gluten free chicken parm sub.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole 2 Eggs

  • 1 cup 1 Gluten Free Bread Crumbs

  • 6 6 Chicken cutlets

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Avocado Oil Spray

  • 9 slices 9 Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1/2 oz 1/2 Parmesan Cheese

  • Rao’s Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

Directions

  • Take two bowls, fill one with 2 eggs and one with 1 cup of gluten free bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper to the eggs and whisk until the yoke is scrambled. Tenderize your chicken with your tenderizer.
  • Take your baking tray and baking sheets and spray with avocado oil. Dip your chicken cutlets in the egg mixture and then dip in bread crumbs covering the chicken tenders fully. Place on the baking tray and spray with avocado oil to crisp up the chicken.
  • Place in your air fryer on 375 for 8 minutes. Take the chicken out of the air fryer and flip them and place back in at 375 for another 8 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked, take it out of the air fryer and spread the Rao’s over the tenders. Then add 1 1/2 slices of Mozzarella to each piece of chicken (or as much cheese as you like) then cover the chicken with parmesan cheese. Put back in the air fryer for 5 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
  • Serve with gluten free spaghetti or on a gluten free bun. Enjoy!
