Gluten Free Avocado Toast With Fried Egg Sandwich

I’m not a huge breakfast guy but I find that the best way to start my day is with some gluten free avocado toast and two fried eggs. This isn’t a very complex meal to make but Breakfast doesn’t have to be.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 whole 1/4 Avocado

  • 2 slices 2 Gluten Free Toast

  • 1 oz 1 Cheddar Cheese

  • 2 whole 2 Eggs

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic Salt

  • Franks Red Hot

Directions

  • Place your gluten free bread into a toaster or air fryer and toast until it’s browned up. Butter a pan and add 2 eggs and your 1oz of cheese.
  • Add a lid to your pan to fry your eggs and while you wait for them to finish cooking, smear avocado on your toast and add garlic salt.
  • Place your two over easy eggs on top of the gluten free avocado toast and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use whatever type of cheese you want I personally think Vermont Cabot Sharp Cheddar goes best with eggs.
