Gluten Free Chicken Stirfry

Gluten Free Chicken Stir-fry

One of the challenges with eating Asian food as someone whose gluten free is that a lot of the sauces have gluten in them. It’s a shame because the majority of the ingredients are gluten free. I wanted to share this stir fry recipe I have been experimenting with over the past few years.

Gluten Free Chicken Stir-fry is a great way to hit your macros and eat a tasty meal. This chicken stir fry recipe goes well with rice, and gluten free sesame noodles.
